Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition, with all protective stickers, tags, and accessories intact, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.
  2. Return Process:
    • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the watch.
    • Secure Packaging: Carefully package the watch to ensure it is protected during shipping. Include the RA number inside the package.
  3. Shipping: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to return the watch. Timepiece Club is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned watch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Upon successful inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Custom or personalized watches
  • Watches that have been altered, worn, or damaged
